1 cup boiling water
1 teabag
1 teaspoonful of honey
A squeeze of lemon
A dash of cinnamon


Healthy Breakfast – Granola Fruit Bowl Recipe:

1/4 cup apple pieces
1/4 cup orange pieces
1/4 strawberry pieces
1 tablespoon granola
3 tablespoons yogurt

This is delicious and healthy!
